Richmond’s admissions process relied on a legacy system, supported by partial integrations with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud. Richmond uses two different admissions platforms — UCAS in the UK and the Common App in the US — with limited automation and no centralized CRM to manage the full applicant journey.
