WISE is a Community Interest Company which provides Business to Business (B2B) services to employers, educators and training providers. We offer best in class expert support services to organisations seeking to improve their gender balance, including engagement and advancement of women. WISE enables and energises people in business, industry and education to increase the participation, contribution and success of women in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).

Like many organisations experiencing growth, WISE found itself needing a better way to manage its increased volumes of data which resided in various documents and spreadsheets. With some staff working from home, the need for a centralised, collaborative platform was apparent.
